Ron Mueck (born 1958) is an Australian hyperrealist sculptor working in Great Britain. Mueck's sculptures faithfully reproduce the minute detail of the human body, but play with scale to produce disconcertingly jarring visual images.

These sculptures are pretty cool... some of them take humanism to an extreme.  I like the different perspectives and the attention to detail.  The baby sculpture looks evil though!

I think my favorite was the two old ladies.

the 2 old ladies are .... i don't have words... magnificent ... the realism and the symbolism of these pieces of art.... good freaking shit!
