Please note a few requirements:
- Minimum Requirement is a Virtual Server. Dedicated Servers are preferred.
- One Oper (usually the Admin) per link during the introductory period. AbleNET is an Oper-Light network. Additional O Lines must be approved unanimously by the collective Admins.
- Hang out with us for awhile and get to know our people to decide if this is a good fit.

Instalation Instructions:
1. Open Pidgin main window, go to Tools > Preferences
2. The Preferences window will open, select Smiley Themes tab. Drag and drop the downloaded file into Smiley Themes. Select newly added theme and close the window. Done!
